Where can I pick up my order?

We offer pickup at our North York, Scarborough, and Mississauga locations.

In-store shopping is available at North York only during posted hours.

Pickup is only available for orders that have already been placed and confirmed online.

Scarborough and Mississauga are pickup-only locations. Unpaid or unconfirmed pickup is not available at any location.

How long does pickup take?

Pickup preparation time depends on the selected pickup location.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Please wait for the confirmation email before arriving for pickup.

Can I come before my order is ready?

No. Please do not come to the pickup location until you receive your pickup confirmation email.

This helps us make sure your order is prepared, available, and ready for a smoother pickup experience.

Do you allow in-store shopping?

Yes. In-store shopping is available at the North York location Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

Scarborough and Mississauga are pickup-only locations. Orders for pickup must be placed through the website and confirmed before arrival.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order. This may include your confirmation email, order number, or proof of purchase.

Large box bundles can take up more space than expected and may not fit in every vehicle. Before pickup, confirm that your vehicle has enough room for the complete order. Contact us if you are unsure about the space required.

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup is available during each location's regular business hours.

Your pickup instructions will be included in your order-ready email.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

Orders that are not picked up within 7 calendar days after the pickup notification may be cancelled.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
